Health Educator/Salubrity Founder

Salubrity.life was created by me to educate others interested in the potential to feel better, improve their wellbeing, and advocate for their own health, their family’s, and even their dog’s.
For the majority of my life I’ve dealt with hormonal imbalances, just as most women and even men have, knowingly or not. Through intense research, I’ve trained myself to find the root causes of my headaches (which became migraines), gut issues, and the other hormone related problems. The few conventional medical “professionals” I sought answers from offered nothing—well potentially harm, prompting me to start a 15+ year exploration of holistic health. That also coincided with the need to help our dog Casey, who for years, not only wasn’t getting proper care, but serious injury from a throng of conventional and even holistic vets.
It was the need to understand why Casey was getting ill with so many outrageous health issues that truly got me investigating and doing deep research into holistic solutions, so that he could live the happy life he loved. When studying health, there are a lot overlaps, so I found myself doing much more investigation for myself too.
As a result, I’ve accrued thousands of hours’ worth of research that led me to a deep understanding of many facets of health and wellbeing. Like the majority of my clients, I’ve been to many practitioners (primarily alternative or holistic) and tried their protocols, treatments, supplements, etc., most of which didn’t work. However, those negatives helped refine my understanding and knowledge of what matters, what is crucial to avoid, and how elements interplay and can cascade, positively and negatively.
Talking with countless people (mostly women) about their health issues has helped me to recognize common patterns and triggers (despite different symptoms and diagnoses), as well as similar experiences and frustrations. Their continual appeals for me to share my knowledge is what inspired me to launch Salubrity.
My superpower is filling in many of the gaps that health professionals, conventional or holistic, don’t, as well as revealing what they don’t know or won’t tell patients. With that, people who truly want to enjoy healthy lifestyles free from dependence on the medical industrial machine, can learn for themselves, what to look for, what to ask, what to make actionable, and how to get started on their “holistic healthier you.”
