FAQs
Can you help educate me on any condition?
No. No one can know everything and wellbeing is a vast topic. If you are seeking a 1 on 1 session, you are asked to fill out the brief contact form and enter the conditions or symptoms you want to learn more about. You’ll get a follow-up message letting you know if your issues are within the realm of discussable topics or not.
Can my spouse or relative join a 1 on 1?
Yes, one family member can join, but the focus has to remain on one of you.
Do you offer food planning, or protocols?
No. Salubrity cannot diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease condition or symptoms. Please see the Site Disclaimer.
Do you offer education regarding cats?
No. Although cats and dogs have many similarities, there are enough differences that cats are a body of knowledge unto themselves and Salubrity is not well versed enough to offer feline education.
Do you believe hair testing is useful?
Yes. Hair testing provides useful information that other tests like bloodwork don’t. So it can be very useful for you to get tested and have the results reviewed as part of unraveling and understanding your health conditions.
Is 1 on 1 consulting done in person or via video call?
Most 1 on1 consulting is done via video. Occasionally, in-person consulting may be feasible.
Can you recommend a holistic doctor?
Unfortunately no. Many personal factors go into selecting a medical provider and Salubrity client’s are located in many regions. What we can do is educate you on how to evaluate a provider so as to make the best choice for your needs.
You strongly suggest organic food. Isn't it much more expensive?
Some organic food items do cost more, some about the same as conventional, and others cost less. At a glance, organics look like they are costlier, but savvy shopping means that they don’t have to. For some, grocery bills may rise, but the amount is probably not unmanageable.
In terms of health, it can be considered a bargain because it avoids exposure to ingredients and compounds that contribute to illness.
